Workshop Overview

The CNAS Scholars program offers a variety of workshops geared toward familiarizing first-year students with UCR's research opportunities, academic resources and on-campus student development opportunities. Using an evidence-based approach and speakers who are closely acquainted with their content, our workshops strive to present information that improves UCR's student success, involvement and personal development. Please see a list of upcoming workshops below.

Students in the CNAS Learning Community will be notified of upcoming workshops through their UCR email. Students must sign-up for workshops electronically using links provided by CNAS Scholars. The first 25 students who sign-up for a workshop will be awarded a seat.

We strongly encourage students to regularly check their UCR emails for updates from CNAS Scholars, as we advertise upcoming workshops, program updates and newsletters using this.
